Very good service. Nice guys and very professional. I didn’t notice at the time but they left some spray across the coffee table when they cleaned my couch. I wish I was quoted the price prior to them starting work. I thought their 90$ price from their website to clean a couch would hold but I didn’t realize a sectional counts as two couches. Would use them again for sure, just make sure you get a good price quote.

Excellent, professional, thorough. I appreciate how my many questions about the whole Chem-Dry process were answered to my satisfaction as I was patiently walked through each step. Carpets look great! And dried in “a heartbeat”. (Which was a big selling point for me.) I’m totally satisfied. Nathan is a pleasant, conscientious and hard worker, who went above and beyond... Thank You! Both he and Kenny are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and respectful. And I love that they have a great sense of humor too! If I was going to remain in the area I would definitely call them again.

I was really impressed by their professionalism, hard work and attention to detail. They showed up when they said they would. Their prices are competitive. They did great work on our carpets and answered every question I had. I'll be going back these guys for future carpet cleaning work. I recommend them highly.

The dynamic team from Hampton Roads Chem-Dry went above and beyond to provide quality, detail-oriented service. I was so pleased with the care they took with our upholstered furniture, I scheduled another job in quick succession. Prompt, reliable, professionalism with the warm vibe of old friends coming to visit!

We hired Hampton Roads Chemdry to clean the carpets and our cubicle walls at Hampton Rubber for both of our locations after the other guys (SS) did just a so-so job, and was VERY PROUD of the so-so reflective of the charge. My Norfolk branch hadn't been cleaned in at least 6 years. Both locations have very high traffic of going in and out of a dirty warehouse. The ground in dirt and oil stains was no match though, Chemdry left us clean and fresh smelling snd a very good price. I was skeptical of my Norfolk branch and didn't expect much but I was proved wrong. They will be the only company I hire going forwsrd.
